The licence plate reads DL2FDK 22. Its not even written properly and as per rules. Quite evident, how corrupt Delhi Traffic Police is. Hell be with them and VIP's like these. If I was at the accident site, I would have kicked the driver's butts and pised on his face.
people with these vip numbers indulge in rash driving many times. this fellow seems to have got it back, but many times it is the poor padestrians or other road users who pay the price of their inflated egos. delhi police must be working overtime in taking bribes from this fellow.

this is a vip number, cars with such numbers are invariably driven by people with inflated egos and they do rash driving.
