Go to googledotcom /sky/  Enter 23 Leo. Select the Infrared slider on top right corner. An object appears to the right of 23 Leo.

I think it's the same object 9h 47m 57s, 13 16' 44 in google earth/ sky but appears as a red object.

Can you please kindly give me the : Sky coordinates as of 06/06/11 - Monday.

I have access to a 55" telescope here on the west coast, and I want to pass on the coordinates to the professional astronomer, so that we can sight the brown dwarf tomorrow.

We also have ability to take "infrared pictures.

Listening to you live now, is there any way any one can do a simulation of how the earth will move? I understand why it will be moving but that would sure help me visualize what is anticipated. Thank you for all the great info. peace...

Hi Terral

Check out Coordinates 9h 47m 57s, 13 16' 44 on google sky. Is in leo and definitely looks like previous images I have seen. The weird thing was when I went to save the location pin i was given a suggested file name of elenin and the comet code which I have never used. I don't know whether previous coordinates were just more disinfo but I do think it's worth a look.. Thanks again. AG
