  • Notice how at the very end the flower bouquet given to her are made out of sunflowers. How cute and nice!!

  • "Don't judge all americans like that please"

I don't want to. However, if you read majority of comments by American fans, news reports and comments in u.s. media and by u.s. gymnastics coaches, they all talk sh*t, make nasty comments and they viciously bash these lovely Chinese girls all the time. Oh yes, they close their eyes to drug uses and cheating in u.s. sports. Just check olympic history to see how many americans cheated!

  • Aww! she is so sweet! she was definitely my favorite on the 2008 olympic chinese team

  • Every single olympian here have gone through the toughest training to be able to get here.

  • She is so adorable!

  • its so sweet her role model is cheng fei

  • aww i love that her role model is cheng fei.

  • Jiang looks like a typical 16 years old Asian girl. If you ask Asians about Sloan and Liukin's ages, they will say that they look like over 30 years old.

  • One of the most artistic gymnasts since Khorkina, along with Pavlova.

  • but if she can do all the moves why not let her she the best out there

  • Oyoko Oshima of Japan's Miki Uemura and are 22 years old, appears to have not the Chinese 20-year-old Cheng Fei large; Japan's Mayu Kuroda19 years old, appeared to have not the Chinese 16-year-old Yang Irina large; the Korean team and Jo Hyeon ju Koko Tsurumi of Japan is 16 years old, but the appearance than the Chinese team all looks small, are the same race, why Americans do not challenge their age may be even smaller then?

  • 8 hours a day 5 days a week?? thats crazy!

  • The only person who trains for less time and is a good gymnast is Shawn Johnson. Imagine is Johnson trained for 8 hours a day. She might have won every single gold medal.

  • unfortunately, she didn't.

  • Jiang Yuyuan is 17! She was 16 at 08 Olympics, and turned to 17 on Nov. 1, 2008! Some American sore losers just refuse to accept the truth. Please don't use your fat standard to judge others who have not been brought up by big burgers, fries, soft drinks and performance enhancement drugs. If you guys judge ages only by athlets' looks, others could also question about young American gymnasts' strong muscles.

  • Don't judge all americans like that please. It makes you no better than the americans who say ALL Chinese are liars and cheaters. I'm american and I have no reason to believe that the girls would lie about their ages. I know from having asian friends that they are built smaller. My friend Chey is 21 and looks 14, but that isn't her fault, it's in their genes.

  • Jiang Yuyuan is 17! Her 17th birthday was on November 1, 2008! Americans have to get use to see people who are not as big as they are. Asian girls, especially Asian gymnasts are usually much slimmer and smaller than American gymnasts.

  • She is 17 now! Jiang just celebrated her17th birthday on Nov. 1, 2008!

  • Jiang IS 16! At her fan site, her fans and close friends are sending her birthday wishes to her. They all say "Happy 16th birthday to you!" Some even say "Happy 17th birthday to you!" According to Chinese lunar calendar, Jiang is 17. Lunar year age is 1 year older. To those who question Jiang's age: Just because Jiang is small and slim, not big and fat, does not mean she is underage.

  • Watch the film of her interview in 2004, she was 12 then, she was asked her age.

  • haha^^ she isn't 16 years old!

  • Haha, she's so cute. I think I like her better than Cheng Fei :)

  • amazing!

  • i love this girl , shes awesome .

her performance in the gymnastic was amazing !

  • i love he kexin and jian!

  • she looks way younger than 16.but she rocks

  • You'd be surprised how young many asian girls around 15-18 look. :P Usually 3-4 years younger.

  • I don't know about gymnastic...but this Lady is very very good . what a true talent. She 'll going to take Gold medal at 2008 Olympic.

  • what a true talent

  • Someone posted that this chick can do an Amanar, true?

  • she competed it at nationals

  • Go for the gold!

When people tease you, don't quit! That's the sign that means you are right at the point before it gets better!
