The Diva Cup is incredible! I've been using mine for about 5 months now, and since then I've talked about it with a few of my female co-workers, who have tried it and love it also, and are telling women they know about it! To reiterate Nieska18's comment, it's a beautiful thing. We are taught to think our moon time is something dirty and we flush our disposable tampons/pads symbolically with our flow. It is something we should get back in touch with and appreciate for what it is.

I LOVE the DivaCup, but I have one question. Why is my period lighter now since Ive been using it?? I get less cramping, and less lower backaches now with Diva.

Doesnt look very comfortable, and although I see the good aspects of having something you dont have to dispose of, I dont feel its very practicle at all. It also doesnt seem very hygienic...?

it's more comfortable than a tampon, TRUST ME

its more hygenic, too. tampons smell bad and can cause TSS, cups do neither. if you start using cups you will not understand how you ever used a disgusting tampon ever again!!!

i totaly agree, this is considered gross only because not a lot of ppl are using it. also not a lot, most women dont even know about it. there really needs to be more education about it. its really not that gross. u get used to it. its your own blood. all u do is rinse. no big deal. if it were more commercialized and ppl would be more educated about it, i am sure ppl would be more open to it. its not more grosser than a tampon. its even the same i would say.

This is a great video. I think that women seeing other women using menstrual cups will help them be more open to at least learn about the products out there.

I want menstrual cups to be successful as well. They are just so great, and I think that everyone who can, should use them. Really. They're that great.
