History bears testimony that whenever someone stated the absolute truth (as Gravel does), vested interests plotted against him, slandered him and eventually eliminated him. If senator Gravel becomes president, how will he survive the corporate thugs?
Would you consider the removal of nuclear weapons world-wide as a policy? The next step, would you consider the abolishment of nuclear energy as a policy? The next step, the creation of viable and robust space program which would create more jobs and the eventual development of new energy program deriving from the space program would you consider this possible?
The Gravel campaign has been given little chance to succeed by many people. And most mainstream media sources paint you as the crazy canadate. I know you have some kind of reason keeping you going on the campaign you take very serious. What would you say is that reason?
What is your take on the implementation of RFID chips in American goods, driver's licences, passports? How would you ensure that our privacy is protected?
I find Senator Michael Gravel's truthful approach essential to this nation ...but How the word get out to more people. Many do not use the internet or explore other sources for information besides what they get from regular corporate Television... I believe this is especially true in rual and middle parts of America. They seem to live in a "a cocoon" and swallow what I call "patriotic jargon" .. How do we reach these people?
Anyway, my question is what is Senator Gravel's take on the SCHIP expansion that Bush recently veoted? Is he for or against such an expansion? Does he agree with the way it would have been funded, or would he go about it differently?
Senator, could you elaborate on how Congress can end the war by "getting the votes at the scruff of the neck"? I think I understand the idea of voting over and over on cloture, but how can they get those votes if they don't seem to be there now?
BTW, I gave a $60 dollar campaign donation last week, and encouraging others to do the same. Good luck!
I don't believe that people are stupid or gullible in this nation, but how is it that the democratic party is being tricked into supporting a pro-war candidate? Each of the 'top-tier' candidates has committed to continuing the war through their term of office and still their poll numbers are through the roof. What is wrong with our party? I'm scared.
In a time in history when violence is often fueled by religions faith, questions of faith (usually a private matter) become- and I don't think I am using hyperbole here- a matter of life and death.
So- in your opinion- is there any RATIONAL basis to believe that Jesus Christ will return to earth to "save" the chosen and how will your personal beliefs affect way you- as commander in chief- will wage the war on terror?
You Channel and spotlight SUCKS! I tuned in for you ron paul questionare and I saw TONS of questions asked. YOu answered those by spotting a 10 min spotlight asking maybe 5 questions.... and out of all the awesome questions that really needed addressing you ask shit like "What would you use your powers for good or awesome?" Leave the interviews to the pros :P
What is your take on todays war on drugs? Do you feel Americas drug policy is effective in preventing the spread of harmful drugs? Also, a more important question, what is your opinion on current day marijuana laws? Many Americans have been comparing this issue to that of prohibition in the 20s. Would legalization work in America, why or why not? Thank you for your time,
Sen. Gravel, would you allow the production and research of hemp? As well, would you consider running with a Republican, like Ron Paul? Thank you for your patriotism.
Sen. Gravel, after what happened in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, how much should we spend on every American town & city to make them safer from disasters?
I just want to tell Mr. Gravel that I applaud his willingness to step into the ring after dealing with politics thoughout his long, great career. It's inspiring to see someone not get jaded. I really enjoyed his performance at the YouTube/CNN debates!
Right now it's very hard for third party candidates to get on the presidential ballot due to very harsh resistance in many states. What role do you see this playing in our basically two party system?
I just found out how privatized the war in Irag is. I believe 40% of the ground troops are from private firms. The companies over there such as CACI, Halibuton, Titan etc. pay their employies thousands of dollars. Why is is that no one knows that doing one bag of laudry costs 90 dollars?
The monies this gov't allocates to these firms is obsene and demeaning to our troups.
As witnessed by the news of the last 10 years, we are very vulnerable to climate catastrophie, and infrastructure failure. What would you suggest to truly educate the American people about the real cost and needs to address this issue, which will impact our next generation. Do you see a plan to handle the pending future failures here?
Q- Senator Gravel, What are your views on the World bank and the Federal Reserve having total control over the value of the U.S. dollar? Shouldn't we move back to a gold and silver standard? Q-What are your thoughts on what is currently going on with the CFRs move to a North American Union much like the European Union?
Q- What are your thoughts on our foreign affairs programs, such as, military bases in other countries that may or may not wish us to be there but we choose to stay anyway? Q- Do you feel the shift in the primary election dates is a tactic to undercut the lessor known candidates run time, thus cutting them out of the race? Thank you Senator Gravel.
The President is like a rock tossed into a lake: Completely submerged under the influence of big business. The question is: Is big business responsible for the weak dollar, via outsourcing to China, or can the Government reverse the trend?
History bears testimony that whenever someone stated the absolute truth (as Gravel does), vested interests plotted against him, slandered him and eventually eliminated him. If senator Gravel becomes president, how will he survive the corporate thugs?

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Yes, will you be dying any time soon?
Haha! Just a tasteless joke, designed to elicit angry messages from liberals.
I'd ask a more serious question, but I don't know much about Senator Gravel, only what Mr. Limbaugh tells me. XD

Why not Gravel for Governor, it's more likely and it would be a step up for the AK Dems.

Sen. Gravel, excluding yourself, who do you think is the best candidate to "lead" not our party, but our nation as a united and not divided country?
FYI: In my own opinion, I believe Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama are the best to do so, political stances aside.
