Fantastic video. Well made, thought-provoking, but kind of fun, y'know? Captured the spirit of the Buffyverse, and more specifically the Spike/Buffy relationship, perfectly. You rock.
Dude this video. Just. Yes. Exactly. Spike's kind of just..I'm realizing how much he is that Angel isn't. How much he actually sees Buffy, inside, and how much Angel doesn't, won't. Spike doesn't hold himself back at all, really, and though Angel has reasons, he just..he does it wrong. All wrong. And breaks her in the process. Spike..doesn't do that. He does everything for her, everything, anything to be with her. Angel's also the first love which sticks with her but Spike is so much better.
I really have to say well done on this video it's amazing how you picked up on the differences between Angel & Spike but yet in some way made them the same? It was truly beautiful... Watching this really does open your eyes to how much Spike went through to try and prove his love for Buffy when all Angel did was hurt her again and again though in the end I do think that Buffy was speaking from the heart when she told Spike she loved him I think Spike didn't want to believe it because of the bad
Spike loves inconditionally and nothing would make that love fade away. Any woman who is lucky enough to find a man like him should hold onto him forever
This is beautiful, the subtle differences in 2 very powerful relationships, the 2 great loves of Buffy's life, throughout the video though one theme came through again and again, that though Angel loved Buffy he was always more concerned with protecting his soul, where as Spike loved Buffy so deeply with such unyielding power he would gladly gain his soul, lose his soul or give his soul completely to her. I have not seen in any other show a character love another with such completeness

@TrishDis I disagree. Riley was rebound guy. Spike was the one she was meant to be with. Spike loved her without a soul, whereas Angel didn't. She loved Angel, but that was very much first love for her, and the relationship with Spike took a lot longer to develop and build on. They believed in each other when no one else did, and stood together when everyone else sat down. I think that's love.
