Hey again its me who had just commented on splash mountian.....haha so my family and I have must of gone the best time because there was nooooo wait at all! It took us 10 minutes to get through the long line....we acutly didnt need a fast pass for any of the rides cause there wasnt that many people there!!! So I guess at the end of August is the best time to go lol!
@TheShaneWorld18 You are VERY lucky! It's always a neat treat when the park is emptier. I had that happen to me only one time before with the Indiana Jones Ride and I rode it twice in a row because there was such a short wait. Thanks for writing and I'm glad you had a good time at the happiest place on earth!
@ChrisDaron Do you mean waiting time or the actual length of the waiting line? Time wise it just depends. Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, & Indiana Jones are usually the longest lines time wise. Now actual length of the line I'm not sure about, but I know it's not Space Mountain.
the line is tecnically called a queue. That is the exact term that Disney uses to describe the "line."
For Disney newbies, you give very good advice...but as a EXTREME veteran, (i used to live in garden grove...right next to anaheim and spent my summers there. now i live 3 hours away.) it's not that accurate.
In all the times I've been to Disneyland I have never heard any cast member call a line a queue, but I'm sure since you are such a disney expert you must be correct in that 'queue' is the term everyone at Disneyland must use instead of the casual word of 'line'. I can't believe I'm such a newbie that I don't even know stuff like this. Thank you SO much for putting me in my place along with all the other people out there who don't live up to your extreme Disney knowledge.
i used to be a cast member in mk wdw and i will confirm its a queue- i think a lot of us call it a line to certain people b.c guests can act dumb and will be like whaats thaaaat
@djlowtek How do you know? Do you know him personally? And even if so, I replied in the same manner as to which he first wrote to me. If he hadn't been stuck up at the end of his comment, I probably would have thanked him for his information and wouldn't have replied the way I did. It's the fact that he had to boast rudely at the end of his comment that made me say what I did.
I was just making fun of the douche because he called himself an EXTREME VETERAN of disney stuff lol. Sarcasm never really works unless the other person knows you are being sarcastic.
i think your problem with the rope is that a lot of ppl know about it and it locks for like a minute after someone pulls it.
also, something that i think would be fun, is printing up the Mara Font. This is the weird heiroglyphic looking stuff on the alls. you can print it up on the internet and translate havent tried yet, but will soon.
and finally, there is a hidden mickey as soon as you get off the ride. on the wall there is a picture of a cobra, the way its tail curls makes the mickey.
The bamboo pole is still there, i just went on the ride recently, and the spikes do work, just just have to wait to it to reset itself before it can be pulled again
Thanks for the tips! :)
