Right now I'm in so much awe and it's because other blogs that I've seen just DOESN'T explain like you do. I'm always left confused. I really honest believe after seen 3/4 of your videos so far I can do this on my own. I don't know what you do for a living but I know you got to be good at it cause your thorough on this videos.

Glad you did this video. Keeping my hair in buns with lots of moisture has really helped my hair because I damaged it with color. I also cut down on washing it as much. I'm going to show my little sister this because she is relaxed and has breakage in the back. I think your method will really get her hair back to its full potential.

Pantene Prov R&N products are pretty good from what I've heard. I only tried the Breakage Defense Mask and it turned out pretty good. Check out my blog for a full review.

i totally agree with you, but the thing is, you dont have to buy expensive products and alot of products to take good care of your hair. I use tresemme line of shampoos& cond. and a moistorizing lotion from organics and an oil that cost like 2.50 from the hair store and my hair seems a whole lot healthier than when adding 10-15 products and spending tons of money. As long as you moisturize ur hair consistingly the quality of your hair should be great! hope that helps
