If you see a thug with a weapon, you feel a little LESS safe, but cops with weapons make you feel MORE safe, because the uniform, badge, and sworn duty.

Black Panther thugs have no such duty or restrictions!

I'd be scared of a thug with a club, but I'm combat-trained, I "helped" one such thug see his way clear of the local election area. Primarily by walking him 50 feet away, which coincidentally turned out to be the middle of a road frequented by semis. He got the hint and left, and his buddy ran off for no apparent reason.
