@ayemaya75 Thank you. I knew I forgot to add something to the info lol sorry about that. They have been added now and here are some of them. Rice, red radishes, poppy seed, tomatoes and bananas all have low amounts and white mustard seed and black mustard seed, Almonds, sunflower seeds, tart cherries, flax seed and Oats are the best sources.
