Just spend a bit more and buy the Dragon Boxes. These are horrible, they cut out 4 inches of footage overall. For the first month you'll love them, then you'll actually see what you're missing out on. IF you don't want to spend for the Dragon Boxes, hell just download them! They are damn worth it!

Did anyone notice that disk 5 episode 99 Approaching Destruction the Japanese version is a bit choppy or has a bit of a echo? Mine does for some reason, I have the Australian madman version, sorry for all the questions just curious if it is just my dvd or the same as the others.

yes yes my version too! it is because the jap version is older then funis version and they realy have made a great job tranfer it cool but on this episode little they hade little problems with the sound hehe but its still cool!

Difference is when you play all you watch all the episodes with the opening and ending credits where as the marathon feature allows you to watch all the episodes on each disc without pause. The madman version of the dvds doesn't have that.

Everyone thought he was dead in the third season because Goku destroyed him and King Kai got Yamcha to tell Bulma and the others, but also had to tell them that Namek blew up.

Then in the fourth season, it shows what happened to him after Namek blew up.

Ok dude you can go onto almost any store site that should have them and probably the best spot is Toys'R'us, they'll probably preview the lay out of the case and the disc. Still if your a DBZ fan you don't really need to know what the case looks like and that's sad you want to know what the discs look like, but you don't buy the season to see what the case looks like and we all know it's about whats going into your dvd player that matters.

Couldn't have said it better, sverkel! Only cheap people watch DBZ on illegal copies. DBZ is NOT for illegal use. It should be watched by only the true hard-core DBZ fans. I have Season 1&2 and will be DEFINITELY getting Season 3 next month and the rest of them! But then Season 4's gonna come out! :( I hate bootlegs of shows, ESPECIALLY DBZ. DBZ is a legend and should be preserved that way, not by this type of illegal use! Not trying to be rude, but people, buy the originals, not bootlegs.
