very good video! " 4;57Free will by its very definition implies that we have the ability to sin, if god were to make us so that we couldn't sin, then we wouldn't have free will.
No. The Old Testament saints were saved because they put their faith in the law, which was the shadow of what was to come (Jesus). Because God is outside time Jesus was able to pay for the sins of those who lived before Him, because they were in a sense accepting Chirst because they were accepting the law. However, since Chirst has come, having faith in just the law, without Christ isn't really saving, because you're accepting the shadow, and rejecting what the shadow is a shadow of.
Ah, here we must notice that the Bible contradicts itself on whether it is possible to obey the law. However, I found more passages saying that it IS possible.
Deuteronomy 30:11, Matthew 17:20, and Luke 1:6 vs. Acts 15:5-11.
Now you are combining the prophesy in Gen 12:3 you mentioned concerning ABRAHAM'S DESCENDENTS with the CULTURE OF THE NATION OF ISRAEL. Be consistent with whether Israelite means "descendant of the man Israel" or "inhabitant of the land of Israel."
As I've already said in a channel comment, the law is not impossible to follow, if you're heart is pure. But since no one truly has a pure heat then it is impossible.
Israelites are descandent from the man Israel and live in the land Israel. Its a twofold definition.

This is the most problematic statement in the video. Did everyone who lived before Jesus go to hell?
