There is some things that people don't know about
It sound like an underground torturing technic- what is it - is this is like CIA/KGB UNDER GROUND TORTURING? - Or just a "Voice to skull" tragedy underneath-What is it? is some people hiding somewhere that no one can reach them-Is this is FEMA?

I noticed that a lot of teh people you suspect are stalkers are speaking english but are immigrants from non-English speaking countries. What country did all this incidents happen in? If the native language of the country isn't English then yes this does sounds very strange.

The "stalkers" are demons and if there are demons, then there is a God. Here a direct quote from the Holy Bible Ephesians 6:12 (New King James Version) " For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." If you pray to Jesus Christ, Our GOD, you will eventually be free of demons in your life. Study the Holy Bible for answers.

I just discovered that Gang Stalkers are
plain cloth Citizen Informants, Civilian Spies or Snitches. They are following people because the government is giving them permission to.
It's the same thing that happened with Cointelpro in America and the Stasi in East Germany. Mobbing and Gang Stalking are very similar because the Spies in the workplace
use similar tactics. Add those new tags when posting videos.
