This may be real, or at least CGI'ed with actual physics. This design is a time displacement design, the rotateing mesh is a EMF coil that rotates for stablity; the second coil is what pushes against it to allow swing movement. The acceleration and decleration or vertical lift is probably EMF pressure zones. It's very tangiable.

Well acutely it seems to be very hard! Scientists don’t really understand gravity (thats why they built the many billion dollar LHC). It’s the last last fundamental force that we yet have yet to understand. I too would love to have a anti gravity device, but i believe it is more 100 years away then i believe that it is 10-20 years away.
