Because it's Youtube and this is a popular video, which is a guaranteed magnet for retards who can't tell the difference between criticism and bashing. Once one dipshit downvotes a comment, every subsequent dipshit will feel obligated to follow suit.

I do agree with you though, this file has a lot of weird steps. Can't really blame the author though, he/she did choose a repetitive song with not a lot to step.

The thing is, you can make a non-repetitive chart with a repetitive song by adding in mines, or at LEAST switching up the patterns a bit, I know that the whole 16th run near the beginning could have been a more technical slowdown with some mines and such, that would've been more interesting than, "Make 16th note run. Copy and past 16th note run until whenever the hell I feel like ending it."
