And even though he is a comedian, he offered an apology to Palin and her family, and had said that he thought it was Bristol Palin who was at the game with her mom. The NY Times photo of Sarah at the game with her daughter did not identify her as Bristol's younger sister-although you choose to ignore that. Rush didn't apologize for his joke!

I completely agree. It was hilarious seeing Letterman's segments about Bush during his presidency, and yet I don't remember anyone in his camp complaining about that.
