Wouldn't this mean that when an uploader writes HQ in the title of a video like this he/she means to say that it sounds better because it's not only 240p?

@Traveler246 If the picture is say 64x64 then the max resolution on youtube will be 240p and if the audio bit rate is 320Kbps (like this one) then 240p will sound the same as 1080p. Or that is how it should be anyway. Youtube automatically changes the bit rate when it is uploaded. On youtube 480p will sound the same as 1080p
