When your an organization you can deny anyone from purchasing your product, just like you can be banned from walmart or any other establishment for any reason. Its considered irresponsible business practice but not illegal, its just super bad publicity. As for the gay thing check out the supreme court case Boy Scouts of America V. Dale, where a gay man was banned from the BSA. Research before you post.

considering walmart is a franchise with standards, they have rules against banning people from the store because of discrimination and the owner would loose his store for it, because walmart doesn't want that look. On the other hand stores can ban whoever they like, its NOT ILLEGAL.
