I am a personal trainer and I use my Prowler on my more advanced clients. Two of the trainers I work with wanted a crack on it bragging to me about what great shape they were in. I stuck a 25lb plate on each handle and had them go 40yrds on the high handle, and then immediately back on the bucket handle. They each got two minutes rest and after only two rounds of there and backs they were both puking their guts out.

People have no idea what a workout really is until they touch a Prowler.

Our gym just bought one of these from EFTS and they're loads of fun. Unfortunately our parking lot is in need of repair and the runs can be quite rough. I've never seen anyone puke after a Prowler run, but I have seen a few upchuck after downing Isopure and sled drag sprints. I blame Isopure though... that stuff is nasty. Wendler is a beast!  I just bought his 5/3/1 book and have high hopes for my pencilneck body.
