@P1RH4NA well it depends how much you want to pay for the bike... but do not get a bike for under 1700$... if you say in what price range you want the bike to be in i can recomend a good bike, but you will still have to go to a bike shop and try the bike to see if you like the feeling of it or not...

Well some take a ski lift because they're coming down a steeper slope and would rather not hike up it with their bike. Some take the ski lift because (so I've heard) a lot of people get so tired on the way up that they crash on the way down. So I guess they'd want to be going down fresh and ready.

But pedaling is definitely the more healthy and reward-feeling option.
