to small of a motor, turbo is much better at least for the 13 b

@cdawg1113 based on what??? A rotary has absolutely no torque, the SC handles that no matter if your talking 12A 13B or Renesis. Yes, more peak power is possible with a Turbo combination, but it's the low end grunt your after, which will give you the extra added down low torque this engine needs.
