@manar144 Division 1 if possible but it's not bad to wrestling a lower division but more wrestlers higher chance of a division with more experience. Before and when you wrestling you clear your mind and think about the match not what the people in the crowd are thinking of you or you living in fear that you might lose or get hurt. Wrestling is a mix of different scenarios but for Folkstyle 2 = take down 1 = escape 2 = reversal and etc. My coach always told me 2 take downs, 2 pins, and 2 escapes.
