ive only been playing for a month, so feel free to call me a noob. but how do u get tier 5 armour/weapons when ur lvl 80?

You can still obtain Tier 5 by killing bosses in both SerpentShrine Caverns and Tempest keep. Two raid instances in Outland. Some bosses drop Tier tokens which you can exchange for tier 5 in Shattrath.

Priets do have a staff, druids have a staff, warlocks have a spellblade, and pallys have a 1H mace ( these are the only ones ive seen)
