@P8INTBALL98 No you can't, Halo is basically unique in that you don't START with anything other than defaults, and you pick up weapons on maps. In reach, however, in some gametypes you can select loadouts while you are dead, much like classes, but perks from cod are armor abilites, which are quite different. Some are sprint, evade, jet pack, invisibility, etc. Anyway, you can't customize, but you can pick up weapons and they are very versatile. This kills of people with no skill who have played-
