I so agree it's the thinking. I have recently taken many foods out of my diet. Cheese potatoes bread of course because I am celiac, but my old bread was potato flour. Sugar, coffee....I feel so much better that I will NEVER sacrifice going back. I think it's honouring the self.

You make alot of sense with what you say about trigger foods. Im 4 mounths out from surgery and there are a few foods that make me want to eat up but of course right now I would be sick if I did it but still have the desire some times. Some days I dont want a bite while others Im hungry all day.

That is great all the tests came out alright!!! I know it's scary going through that stuff... I haven't had any of those crazy high/low feelings yet but at least I know what to expect because I hear this from everyone! It's great how disciplined that you have become with WLS. Food is a drug to me too.. Thanks for the great vid!
