it's a problem with gpu acceleration, update your drivers. If you go to settings -> display -> Screen Graphics and turn it all the way down... you won't have the problem anymore.

The Zune software is GPU accelerated, which means it uses the video card for all of the effects that are displayed within the software itself, which is great, since GPU's are naturally better at processing such data than CPU's. This is called "artifacting" which you can go on Google to see more examples of, which is a prime indicator of graphics instability, or even a faulty piece of hardware in the video card.

my problem is that sometimes when i try to put a video on it says "invalid media type" but its a .mp4 and mp4's work on zunes. if anyone knows PLEASE tell me. i really want south park the movie on my zune lol

try to play it in wmp if it works then convert it with my vid

If your having problems opening your zune software, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. If that doesnt work it may be a virus scan your computer. There are viruses that infect programs and wont allow them to start up, they usually freeze or make your computer crash. If you have an older disk that came with the zune try downloading the software from the zunes website.

Everytime when I go and double-click the Zune software, it doesn't pop up. I can't get anymore media files (music, pictures, videos, etc.) on my Zune because the program isn't functioning.

It use to work but it no longer does for some reason.

Is there any other program I can get stuff on my Zune (player)?

When it says "You must restart your computer after setup" after you installed the program, it does nothing. I did that crap like 100 times and nothing happened. It just keeps popping up with the same thing =/ Can anybody help?

hey i need help with mine.

i have the zune default videos on my zune. and i want to DELETE THEM. but when i plug in my zune and look in my collection, none of the videos are on there, so i can not delete the videos on the zune.

Change your backround type...this has happened to me and i changed my backround then it stopped...working fine now...
