The runway Isn't dirty, Its just the tire marks from all the landing. Actually around 2-4am in the morning, they Sweep the runways and make necessary repairs to the runway :)

I love PR104 better than 102, It sometimes take 1HOUR for me to get through imigrations, but some officers in SFO are really masungit, but the LAX ones are very nice.

in PR102 i took N751PR and also there is PTVs in economy.

in PR103 from LA to MNL i took the second 747 of PAL im not sure it the registry is N751PR but theres no PTVs in economy.
