Thanks for posting. This man's name is Carlos Garcia (Mexico City). The song he is playing is called Perfidia by Alberto Dominguez. He actually has recorded this song for a mexican music label (who ripped him off... no royalties payed) and then it was purchased by the Kronos Quartet who combined it w/ a string arrangement on their album Nuevo. A bit of a stirring peace when you hear it and understand what you're listening to.
