They both came from Walmart. I hope you can find one. If not and you are a bit handy, I know someone that added grommets to the spine, added jump rings to the grommets and finally a strap to the rings.

Thanks for the feedback. I only have the video capability on my cell phone, I don't have a regular camcorder. Anyway, I think you can still get the general idea of the binder in this video.

WHat is the brand name of the new binder with the handle?
What are "catalinas"? I've heard other youtubers mention this on their videos about their coupon binders but not sure what they are.

They are coupons that are printed from a special machine and the company that is behind them is called Catalina, but they are basically manufacturer coupons. Walgreens is one of the stores that have these.
