  • sounds like a vaccum

  • lol you should hear the alp 44's ultimate vaccum

  • gotta lov tht soundd

  • i need to come here soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Even though I've only been in Newark Penn a few times, I have to say it's the greatest train station ever. With so many trains around me, I thought I was in heaven.lol

  • penn station in newark is a shithole today!!! back in the day it was most likely a nice looking station you got bums bothering you for change and crap its lousy and so is the one in NYC even worst

  • I didn't have any problems with bums bothering me for money. It's still a nice looking station. I had a worse problem with bums in downtown Chicago the other day. New Jersey was nice.

  • NYC penn station when you get off the train just walk I hate going in there lol I will be up there in a couple of weeks for the NY auto show

  • I was only in New York Penn once. We rode NJT back to Newark from there. I didn't really look around in the station all that much.

  • Actually, NJT's ALP46 units can handle 10 Multilevel Cars on their own. They'll need a second unit (for doubleheading or push-pull) if more than 10 Bi-Levels are on their trains.

  • too bad they don't double up any more.

  • wow usually the alp46's take off quick like the arrows but it looks like this one is strugglin

  • That's because this train is very heavy for a single loco.

  • woohoo, penn station, right near my house!

  • i see these trains all the time i want to ride in them also not tht im handicapped but how do handicapped people sit down if you have to climb stairs to get the bottom floor or the top floor

  • and the end of each car where the doors are, you walk through an area about 10 feet long where you can sit if u are handicapped without having to go up or down stairs. At the end of that little area there are stairs to go up or down

  • I believe it was #7003, Eric.

  • Outstanding Video. I think I saw this train on the NJCL today. Was the cab Control car #7010?

  • Thanks! ALP46 #4615 was blowing it K5LA horn during my trip to Newark which was music to my ears!

  • Great video @ Nwk Penn. 4615 & 9 Multilevels!

  • I've seen the ALP44's on the Multilevels, too. But it's the ALP46's. They're more stronger.

  • Why do only ALP-46's carry the Bi-Level's, I'm sure that the ALP-44's can carry them too!
