No, her tail is nice and healthy,in the video her tail was like that due to the small cage she was in at the pet store.Eventally broken feathers fall out and new ones grown back.

oh i bonded in 1 day before but it wasnt as strong as this and i didnt have a chance to teach it that because one day i put its cage with the bird inside outside because they were painting the house inside and the smell is strong .when the smell was finally gone i decided to let it fly around inside my house but when i was getting it from the top door the bottom door fell open so it flew away and never returned.
