I've never understood the sense in why your suppose to place in pencil eyeliner first then putting liquid eyeliner over it. Can someone possibly explain this to me? =)

@Lysel83 Pencil and liquid eyeliner have very different textures: while pencil eyeliners can easily be blended and removed, liquid eyeliners have a much stronger "stay power" and create sharp lines. Many people like to use pencil first and blend it out, or just as a template because it is more easily removed if you make a mistake. Then they may go over it with liquid eyeliner to create a sharp line, which makes the eye shape more defined, or simply because liquid eyeliner does not rub off easily

@lorraiineee21 I have noticed, that is very common for people of Asian descent not to have eyebrows that span from their inner to outer corner. They often stop short. However, she may have shaved/plucked the ends in order to draw on a more dramatically arched brow when she does her make-up.
