I used to surf at Matunuck way, way back in the mid 1960's. Longboard era. Dawn patrolled it all the way from Greenwich, Conn. I was bummed because I got sent from California, but we had many great sessions that summer and I fell in love with the place. Had a great surf culture even back in those days. The boyz charged during hurricane swells. No cords.
