Although, even if you mean 'all of us' in this established society, I wouldn't put responsibility on people living in povery; maybe it's not absoloute, but in civilized society, capataism thrives off of the poor, and it's up to the higher classes to make changes and not make the working classes more disadvantaged. Governments should take care of their people and planet, not corperate fat cats.

@TehBloodyBrit : the working class as well, because they are part of the people who are able to raise their voice and work together on another system where we will all be responsible. The elite is an elite because we allow them to be so. Poor people raised as an elite child would probably have become as ignorant - so it is all programming, we have to learn to take back our self direction. The working class and poor, when we can bring those together as 1 voice we can end the high class domination

@SpamAnn : because the rich are less likely to want a change or even start to change their ways. So yes, a government should take care of the people, ruled by the people and with that I man " by the common good of all" and not self intrest. Thats what equal money is about.
