Access Virus TI Polar Demo # 2 Presets BY TONY

hey dude, just wondering how easy is it to access this synths sounds? because if im performing onstage i want to be able to get to certain presets pretty fast so i was wondering what your personal opinion was?

I just had a look at another few Access Virus videos, and there are some other presets that are actually awesome - this machine seems pretty powerful with good effects.... im tempted now. I like this synth...

I think messing with the presets is valuable, so thanks for posting this vid. I love the way this synth looks, it's abso-gorgeous. The sounds so far are ok, i'm not blown away by it, presets aren't amazing, but I guess I'd need to hear more of it, maybe it's the mic chopping off some high frequencies. Hmm. I wonder.

is the truth, what you see in professional demonstrations is 100% commercial, nothing is truely quality of what is presented there :)

iam not saying that you suck or something like that, you are just innocent about it and its better for YOU to learn it, if i wouldnt have care of the people in here than i wouldnt'v waste my time in a try to explain it to people who are so into what they are doing that in 90% wont listen

I Know that. Most commerical demos are quite boring. I just try to spice my demos up a bit in the process. I buy synths that work for me not because I'm brainwashed. Sure, there are people out there on the web that want to help and give advice. I might even think that's what You where trying to do. I believe. Just don't be so confrontational when you give your opinion or comments and you might start having people listen to you 100% of the time. Thats My advice to you Friend.

trying to tell you about it, you wont be able to reach the limit of your gear, i dont know if you are serious about it, if you bought this synth for fun and not fo production than its ok, but if you buy it for production than you must realise it to be able to produce perfectly, these sound were made to demonstrate the way the synth sounds like, not to be used in a professional production, because they arent what they sound to you, i promise. i know ,why i sound like a jackass to you but this....

cheese means made for commercial, and experts hate it because those who made found an easy way to make something which is not in high quality to people who are new to production or dont have much knowledge to it and know the recognize it,

people think that this is the good music when its actually like coca cola, they tell you its good when its actually mixed with poisens that our body get rid of to make it more cheap, same with this. these samples arent really good, they are just presented and sound that way for those who dont know it.

you are brainwashed, you dont even know what i mean, synthes are for creating sounds not for using other's pre presets sounds, you CAN use them for that in your music but it will be less by quality becasue others will never give you the real deal so you will take credit for it.

no, this synth is for synthing these demos that come with it are just to attract more people who dont know to synthesize, its a Synthesizer and its meant for synthing. if you you want pre made sounds than get a yamaha motif, roland phantom g and mess with them, it wasnt meant to have fun with, its a pro tool that was made for producers, if you thing deifferently than you are brainwashed.

This demo is to inspire and to share music Ideas with other musicians from around the world. This demo may not be technical or have value for you. But it does for others. YOU maybe brainwashed into thinking synths have only one purpose.

Why does this need an operating system? Pardon my ignorance but isn't it like Korg M3 or Yam Motif,just plug cable in and play?

The Ti polar synth is a computer it self. You can just plug in the power chord and start playing just like Korg M3. The diffence is the ti polar acts as a host in other software that runs on Macs or Windows O.S. Using VST Plug ins. Then, you can lay down music tracks using the usb feature from the polar to create some great easy to edit music right from your computer. At the same time using the Ti polar synth patches (sounds). because its a Synthesizer, it was made to create sounds,not to play pre programmed sounds, what you see here is just demos that are made to attract more people without knowledge off synthesis, its nothing next to what you can make with, it its just a dilusion that it was made to plug and play with it.

the software that comes with it is a tool to make it more versatile (enhance its capability) and make it more comfortable, without the software its harder to control certain types of programming...

This synth is for what ever you make it to be. By either programming patches or using presets or hooking it to your computer ...thats it.. oh and having Fun doing it.
