If they have too many, then the pops are low and gamers will cry fail on top of them wasting their money when they so need to start making it back after years of development.

I say suck it up and wait. If you can't be there at the start ya that sucks. However for most of you, I'd say this adds a few more days before you are on the forums at max level, geared like a god, and QQing at how bored you are because of a "lack of content."

Every MMO launch is not 100% smooth.

While I think MMO devs. need to stop with "didn't expect this many at launch" for lack of servers, how many is enough....or TOO MUCH?

I'm South African and I am pretty sure we will get the UK version however I am not sure if we will get it on the same day, a few of our stores (gaming ones) have had the pre-order option but we don't get any codes until we get the game. I do hope we get it the same time the rest of the world does though =)

Australia I don't understand. They are usually one of the most active subscriber regions for US produced MMO's... China and shit I understand b/c there's nothing more annoying than having some stupid little asian kids join your group speaking chinese in game chat... not to mention that's where 95% of the gold farming businesses are operated. On TOR forums, the result of that voting is around 49% can't pre-order TOR. TOR is, much like BioWare, a fail. I've already pre-ordered another game. I'm not giving my money to a company which doesn't want it.

My main on WoW is actually in an Oceanic server (Oceanic being primarily Aussies), so I'm very familiar with the significant amount of MMO fans in Australia, and their passion for the genre. Makes me really sad and disappointed that this huge potential SWTOR player base is getting the shaft. It'll be harder to convince my Aussie buds to put WoW aside and give SWTOR a go, I hope they try to get things squared away asap. :/

I would be so pissed if I lived in those regions, can't blame them for feeling like that. One of the biggest games of the year, something to look forward to for so long and they can't even play it. Here's a question, if they do decide at the last minute to include more international countries, would the release date get pushed back to 2012? I personally don't think they can afford to push the game back.
