if your not physically ready (NO sleep, too tired, or hungry), then it'll be hard for you!

what i do is, i sleep 12 hours a day 1 week before my game then i eat my proper diet!

never drink or do drugs ofc!

There's a reason, no keeper in Footie has been nicknamed as the "bus". (unless you count Jerome Bettis of American Football, the helmeted one). It's as close as a derogatory/soccer term in our sport.

When Calisto(the Vietnam Manager) called our brand of play as Parking the Bus, he was basically insulting the Azkals. For the Record, we were playing counter-attacking Football like the Germans and Italians. Parking the Bus means you don't play to win which obviously isn't the case with the Azkals.

yes i know how it feels. I'm a goalie too.. a goalkeepers job is not easy as it seems to be.. you have to always be physically and mentally prepared at all times.
