  • This guy's pretty damn good.

  • I was looking up how to lie to people but this is so much better.

    Thank you

  • The monologue brought tears to my eyes, dude. You're amazing.

  • Thanks, this is very useful, added to my my favorites. Good luck with your further career.

  • Oh damn! I wasn’t really expecting that good of a monologue from this guy. that was really good. Really really good.

  • you cuss to much.

  • This guy is a wiked actor damn the way he just switched into charecter at then end im gonna get some books on acting, think people should use monologues more and receite them over and over i want to perfect my self more into the charecter

  • he is so talented and thats makes me think why is megan fox in blockbusters and not poeple like him.

  • @chahid1992 because she has the fuckability factor. Her eyes lead into an empty soul. Unfortunately sex sells and people like her don't even invest any time into reading and becoming smarter

  • Some good points. I would add that the objective he talks about needs to be prepared well before the scene starts, for some it's a few minutes, others maybe 30 mins. He didn't mention that and it's vital not to start cold. The spontaneity is more about the moment than the thread by reacting to what the other actor says or does. Also the emotion should not really be from experience, a good actor will obviously create the emotion from imagination.

  • New Actors & Aspiring Actors Video Sharing Social Network. The link is in my channel or just Search "How's My Acting" on Google.

  • @ViraIVideos Thats obvious....Everyone knows that.... Whats the most important thing to making sure it doesn't look like your acting?

  • Yep, this is what I've been looking for. The techniques that enable you to be a solid, natural and believable actor. And yes, I did buy the book!

  • Gold95, stfu already

  • what does he main wich ur the second onn camera 4:02

  • Comment removed

  • he looks and acts like kevin spacey

  • I really HATE it when people with no clue about what good acting is have the nerve to comment on this guy's acting . He's GREAT! His monologue is VERY GOOD by any professional standard. The idiot who commented should try putting this same monologue ion tape and let's see how well he does. People is you want to see HOW AMAZING THIS GUY CAN ACT...watch his 2nd video lecture in the series and watch the terrorist audition at the end. It's INCREDIBLE!!! Oscar worthy!!!

  • Well said.

  • I've never acted but after reading a lot of Oscar WIlde I figured one of these days it would be cool to do a play of his, good stuff, thanks

  • sorta the same way I feel, its good stuff to be inspired after believing you'd never do something

  • He's GREAT!!!

  • That's an overgeneralization. Some acting teachers are excellent. There's more too it than just looks.

  • im 12 im trying to find local competions that are not too high in prices.

  • i have an audition november the 26th i need to play a part from the movie patch adams

when he wants to jump but he think god isnt worith

  • I have no acting experience and posted a monologue I did from the movie Bully, its the featured vid on my page, could you give me some feedback?

  • good luck.

  • Kevin Spacey, anyone?

  • scary...I see Edward Norton in this guy

  • WOW u r so helpfull if only u lived in england i would so come to u

  • this is tres bien! very good.

  • this is awesome!! thx so much

  • dude, do you realize how many AMAZING actors haven;t made it yet..and stress i say YET. this guy is SOOO TALENTED, I know he WILL make it one day and if he doesnt it's becuase show business is a very fickle ridiculous business,. wow! You are so naive. If all it took was talent he and my ex-fiance who are both are so tlaanted and would be stars but that's how the biz is. hope that explains things a little!

  • @ditfg That is absolutely true but I think you have some ego problems. Don't get me wrong, you should be confident but not overly confident.

  • Blockbusters are boring... I'm glad an actor like him does good deep movies or projects with an intention... and something for the audience take with them..

Being famous is overrated... try to touch and inspire people and live a good life. And you know what?..maybe one of the good guys will make it to the top and change some peoples lifes.

  • @ditfg no shit sherlock and thats why most off these blockbusterfilms suck balls its easy cashing these directors should get some guts and make a real movie if i wanned to see some good looking ladies i rather look into a porno mag then spending a hour with a terrieble film.

  • damn he's good

  • nice.. this helps alot thanks

  • I really learned a lot from him. Thanks for uploading.

  • He's sooo good.

  • I've learned a lot from this lesson.. thanks for sharing.

  • It is not really hard to remember a long line.. you just divide it in to couple of lines, and then it will be shorter.

  • how good memory do a person need, in order to remember a long line?

  • Oh my god that last part was awsome

  • Woa that is really good very useful information

  • Hey! what's your problem moysesnyc? He is totally cute just the way he is. I LOVE THE WAY HE WEARS HIS SHIRT!! and he's soooooo talented. I can hardly wait till I can see him in a blockbuster movie and i know i will soon!

  • i hate guys who wear their shirts like that.

  • Woah that was bloody AMAZING!

  • dudE! every actor is unique. This guy is GREAT! just becuase he looks like someone else doesn't mean he shouldn;t also be a star! DudE, this guy will be a STAR!!!

  • Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I enjoyed it. Must say my favorite part was where you forgot the line, it was real and in the moment.

  • this isn't just good, it's AMAZING!! wow!!! this guy is GREAT! I'm so inspired to study with you. I'm in NEW YORK, can we arrange for you to come teach in NYC? I love it when a teacher is also a GREAT actor!!!! i want to study with you and I also want to act with you!!! wow!!!

  • The seeds of the objective - your need for her love-must be evident at the beginning of the speech. Even though you feel bad about screwing up you are saying this for a purpose. You have to prepare from what you want...her love not only that you are a screw up -although that maybe the reason.

  • Benson, you make me want to take your class and get back infront of the camera again! I am impressed! You really know your stuff!

  • Bense!

You just get better and better! I'm thrilled to know you're doing so well, but not at all surprised. ;) I'm living in Las Vegas, w/ my brother Johnny (the one with Down syndrome). I moved us here in June 2007. I'm still an editor (freelance). My cousin Randy (remember him?) is/has been in LA for quite a while now. If you're so inclined, feel free to get in touch w/me. Would love to catch up. Regardless, I wish you cont. success and happiness! Lots of love and kisses,

    Juli (Jules) B.

  • you're right. The monologue was so good..it made shakespeare NOT BORING like it usually is! And he's so different from his stuff in lesson #2!? He makes me want to study acting!! I didn;t realize acting was so psychological! I love psychology!!!
