Well... For the most part you can't *find* cosplay groups, you make them. You can find anime clubs and stuff like that at some highschools but they're pretty scarce.

When you mentioned Sailor Moon, I smiled because it was my first anime... back when I was 5 or 6

Then when you said Allen Walker. I recently became a D.Gray-Man fan, and Allen's my 3rd favorite. <3

And then, "Like when your being Lelouch" I know it sounds weird, but my heart started to swell. Code Geass is my absolute favorite anime and I cosplay Lelouch.

My advice to all new cosplayers is: Do your research.

Carry a print out of Ichigo with you wherever you go. That way, wherever you go fabric, accesory, wig, or shoe shopping you have a reference. Picking the right fabric and colors are very important. So make sure you look at your pic carefully :P Don't be afraid to compare things and always keep reciepts and look at return policies incase you find something better later. Hope this helps!

That's a lot of cosplays so far. I've only been to a few cons and all in all they where awesome. My next cosplay is Axel from Organization XIII (which made me laugh about the black cloak part). Parents are just amusing when they accidentally interrupt something important. Haha - classic.
