BERLIN (Reuters) – A German court has ordered former Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore to pay damages after ruling the guitar solo in his 1990 hit "Still Got the Blues" had been plagiarized from a German song written in 1974.
A court in the southern city of Munich said on Wednesday the solo in Moore's song was too similar to the one in "Nordrach" by the band Jud's Gallery not to have been copied

terrible band. loved by the middle classes , i recall because they wouldnt get beat up at thier gigs.polite affairs.i aw them in 77 ,very bland, very bland.slaughter and the dogs proved to be the better band for a belting night out.good punk n roll.definate smell of lavender about them.not keen.
@erictheviking871 your some sort of cunt i presume youve had your mouth sewn up because you talk out your arse im so terribly sorry im not keen fuck off you middle class twat
I don't need to 'grow up' or to listen more either, thank you. The fact that The Clash covered 'a lot more ground musically', is why I don't like most of their material. They sold out, and most of their later stuff isn't remotely punk - they sounded more like a reggae band... and I am not a great fan of that particular music.
@sugarkaneandchloe I wholely disagree with dean147... and I supose you. The Clash had quite a lot of talent.....whereas the Buzzcocks had a couple of bouncy tunes. I like this one, but equating musical ability to selling out implies that the buzzcocks could have sold-out and done other stuff, and no one really believes that.
most eloquent punk band by a country mile. been to see them 3 times in the last 4 years in glasgow. too young to see them in their heyday. my dog like them too.
I remember watching them practise at night in my old school: Irwell Valley High, Salford. Then off to the youth club to pogo....ahhh..the mammaries.....hehehe

The sounds isn't that great, drums don't sound right neither does Steve Diggle's guitar, any idea if these are the bands instruments, or studio ones?
