SMENT lost ALL their legendary groups (H.O.T, Shinhwa, and even DBSK-as a 5 member group) they all disbanded due to financial issues concerned with SMent. Most Japanese remakes are terrible, honestly. (Note: not commenting about the mv, nor am I saying this is SJ's fault) It sounds normal to have autotune in Korean, but it's so strange in Japanese. I remember listening to Bijin for the first time and thinking 'was there this much autotuning in the original?' Turns out there was. And while the Japanese syllables are pronounced fine, they're weirdly emphasized. :P There are few Japanese remakes I can actually say are decent.
