when a person is a sleep he's puls is slow but when you scare him by wakin him up sudinly he's puls will go vary fast (sorry for bad english) iam telling you this becous some one i know was sleep and a his mother came insid his room to clean it and she saw a rat so she screeemd relly hard and her son wokup and know he cant speek or move but he's not dede

That implies a pre-existing condition since the symptoms you are describing sound like a stroke. Speeding up the pulse has nothing to do with this and unless he had a heart condition which would cause clotting like a fib, his heart would not cause those symptoms at all.
