I really hope Christopher came back and took Wikus to his home planet to get the cure and turn him back to a human(but not entirely when they got to Earth and then he would finish transforming into a human later on Earth), and when they came back to Earth they would kick some ass and save the rest of the prawns.

I love this movie--I think that there is a lot of empathy that should be present with the Prawns, but I like that the movie takes human nature into account and the Prawns are, instead, discriminated against. I think the moral of D-9 is very noble, and I think that Christopher shows a perfect example of the potential of the Prawns...his role was pretty amazing.

My fellow human, the reason that myself praise them so much, is becuase im one of a selective breed of humans that despise other humans, most people in general. The thing is, if they did come to earth, the military, government, people, would go to extreme lengths to get their weapons; humans do it to humans, so its disgusting to think what they would do to another race to get to their weaponry. Blomkamp doesn't have to make a sequel for such an amazing story. The golden screenplay of this movie is the main reason of its overwhelming effect, and a sequel would hardly surpass the sensation this one leaves. An archplot well structured with an ending that leaves you breathless...why ruin it with a sequel as they did with The Matrix? No need for it! Go see this one, best movie of the 2009 so far...

this is to both , brego and masterchiefboy, brego has a very good point, but, aslong as they had and i mean really really had, a just as masterful written out story for the sequal, well then lets just face it, if this movie literally was released exactly three years later from D9, how could u go wrong, it would be an event written in the history books forever of film making, and to us loving audience of this story, would in a strange way feel like christopher really did come back. he promised :)
