wow you must be pretty explosive.. considering that glide wasn't really fast. what are you squatting/benching/ (and any other lifts you care to mention)
@nutraSIQUE yea i was alot stronger then. Squatting 365 x3 , benching 325 x3, power clean and overhead press 225 x5. yea that was at the beginning of the season my technique ended up getting better. But being relatively strong helps. olympic lifts get you that raw functional power.

@linkjmf about 40+ if i remember. not that great. i made this video so my friend could critique me and help me get better
