@Sugarella2 Gohan is crying because he was over confident and didn't destroy Cell when he should have and Semi-Perfect Cell powered up to destroy the Earth by blowing himself up and Goku used his Instant Transmission and appears in front of Gohan and places a hand on Cell and says goodbye to Gohan then takes Cell to King Kai's planet and when Cell explodes he kills Goku, King Kai, Bubbles, and the other one then regenerates and has the Instant Transmission technique from Goku.
