I am loving exercise right now. I am using the Jorge Cruise 8 Minutes in the morning card set. Been following this for only a week and have lost 3 lbs without too much change to my raw diet, it's resistance training without the weights/equipment,easy! I also walk or mini trampoline pretty much every day, my dog loves me for it! Have a great day and yes I did/will continue to eat my veggies, Laura
try rebounding (mini-trampoline) bunny! it's actually fun, and you only need 10 minutes a day! get a good rebounder though...start with gentle bouncing.

NOooo! I dont like that word. I would like to do yoga. I DO love walking too, especially if you can explore places while doing so. My beaded curtains broke:( OOOOH I have 4 bulging discs. Eating raw does help! Inflammation is gone on raw diets!I'm about to join you on this journey again.
