I did a project about celiac disease in Culinary arts- definitely interesting. Right after I became a vegetarian I started shopping in health stores and that's when I started noticing all the gluten-free stickers. I don't know if you shop places like that or anything, but there are some pretty good looking foods. =)
A couple of things. You made me hungry lol. Also, my uncle is "gluten-intolerant", is celiac anything like that? And about the "soy" sauce, that would'nt have been Teriaki Sauce would it? I get those mixed up pretty often, which is why I asked. And lastly, I think you should do a short informative video about celiac, I'd be interested in learning more about it.
