@sapphirekat actually, we don't. certain nutrition that human need come only from the flesh, well, at least large quantity of them. being veg is not really that healthy. you see, there are herbivores, like cows. there are carnivores, like lions. and we humans are omnivores. that means humans need both meat and veggie to survive. what you think we humans eat the flesh for fun? you think at the time when our ancestors were hunter and gatherers they had the time to eat for fun?
