@iBieberMaids you can rinse your hair with cold water or with middle temperature water (sorry im french and i dont remember the word) but if you rinse with hot water its not good because it make you hair break ;) and just a little tips : while rinsing your condfitioner use cold water for 20 seconds it will help your scalp to "eat" all the vitamines and it will make it shine :)

@lovelymichelle101 u can eat the egg white after training exercise, those eggs u can boil it 1st for 5 min in boiling water, separate the egg yolk since it won't harden yet, the egg white u can add soya sauce wif white pepper to add some taste to it and most of the composite structured elements would still be good after work out

Also egg yolk is also good for skin, if you are a mother who breast feed try it on your breast it feels very strange because it gets tight but you'll noticed a difference right away. (firm breast!!!!)

Please note: I am NOT a liscensed cosmetologist but I did go to cosmo school for 5 months. Putting egg in your hair WILL NOT grow your hair although eggs are full of protein the cells are TOO large for hair to "soak" the protein up. Eating eggs can help a little! Mayonaise works better but still does not do the trick the way you may like. Hair is made of Keratin which is protein, so try products that have Keratin in it (shampoo, conditioner, mouse and so on) Also take gets trims!!!

@marswife7 you do realise eggs can help hair be moisturised. When the hair is moisturised it will be healthier and then the hair will less likely break off allowing it to keep growing. Mayonaise is also made from egg. Just saying.

@marniekazim i do this about twice a week, and i leave it for like 15 min, I usually see results in about a month, dont forget to massage your scalp as that will help grow your hair
