Although it is way more visible and therefore a lot safer, I'm not sure if I like the fact you can see the LED's. I would prefer it to be more classic looking, but with the clear benefits of LED's. But a very nice job! Good looking car! What colour is this exactly, I quite like it and I am deciding which colour to put on my B, which I am currently restoring. At the moment I'm not sure what I like better. The original Leyland White or Aston-Martin style grey metallic.
Hi the song is "Whiskey in the jar" I hoped that I could upload Thin Lizzy's version for free, but due to publicity rights there was a choice of just song by (to me unknown) artist, afterall this folk version ain't so bad afterall. Nice to see that young people are interested in the MGB, not only in the Mazda MX5 (which is a fine riding car, owned one). The led boards are from the US - see weblink to suplier in my video's. Start we low budget led bulbs, already an improvement.
what song is this in the background? and i have a MGB 77, not sure weather to convert to LED lights yet, im 17Years old, so, dont have loads of money, but enough to keep my baby running. Rubber nose in ivory white. Just spend a while re building engine and gearbox and body work, that was hard enough, so changing lights wont be hard, just, is it worth the money? taa
Yes, you're right. I was also a bit dissapointed with the 24 led lamps compared with the 18 led lamp.
The 18 leds of the 18 led lamp do all shine towards the lens of the lamp.
The 24 led bulb has layers of leds shining in all directions (also in the dished mirror shaped reflector of the lamp), but less leds shining direct to the lens compared with the 18 led lamp.
